A pub is a story that keeps getting told.
A jackalope is a rabbit with antlers a man in Wyoming swore he saw, and the story's been passed across bars ever since. It only exists in the telling. That's the kind of place this is. The old-timer who asks if he can pour one and ends up telling you about 1974 instead. The family down the street — dad behind the bar, his boy scrubbing the kitchen, learning the trade the way it's always been learned. Stories old and new, told in one room, until nobody's sure which ones are true. Doesn't matter. They're ours.
